Why would US govt sources use Slavic patronyms for some of these distinguished gentlemen? They don't use them in T-stan for quite a while. Those born in 1970 obviously had a russified alternative name form, but they disposed with it for nearly 20 years. NVO (talk) 06:25, 1 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
