Corrected "Texas Revolution" to "Texan Revolution" for grammatical reasons. Some sources may have poor grammar, but many don't, so it's unjustifiable here. The battles

From a modern-Texan point-of-view, Gonzales is the beginning, as the table presently indicates. Yet, from an historical and global perspective, prior to Texas declaring Independence, the battles were between the Mexican Centralists and Federalists.

• The first battle was the Battle of Zacatecas taking place on the 10th and 11th of May, 1835.

• Next would be the Second Anahuac Disturbance in June of 1835.

• Also to be added would be the The Battle of Tampico on November 15, 1835.

Between the Battle of Coleto Creek and San Jacinto, there were skirmishes:

• at Beason's Crossing^a (March 21-23);
• at San Felipe de Austin's crossing (March 29);
• at Thompson's Crossing^b (April 12);
• the Yellowstone took fire on April 15 at Old Fort;
• and another skirmish near New Washington (April 20).

In addition, the naval battles need inclusion.

• San Felipe¹ against Correo de México - September 1, 1835
• Liberty² takes Pelincano - March 6, 1836
• Invincible³ against Montezuma and takes Pocket - April 3, 1836
• Independence⁴ against Bravo and Urrea - April 18, 1836
• Burton's "Horse Marines"⁵ capture Watchman - June 2, 1836
