i don't think the last leg down under should be included in this article. it retains the last leg name only to refer to adam, alex, and josh; it's a travel documentary that is nothing like the standard show (isn't about para sport or politics or social justice, wasn't live, didn't have guests, etc). btw, i retract this bc the show has decided to count it in their ""official"" tally of episodes (evidenced by their celebration of the 299th episode). we still might wanna change smth on the page so that its pointed out how different TLL Down Under is to the rest of the show Hillsyism (talk) 06:49, 22 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
i'm of the opinion that guests should only be people who are listed in the tv guide description, announced on TLL socials, or interviewed via a video call. this would not include the many instances where people of moderate fame (someone from a viral video, most recent example is the guy from gladiators on last night's episode) are brought on the show but only for a short bit, and aren't really interviewed or asked their thoughts. i think this is an important distinction to make because these people are not really notable enough to be included on the wikipedia, and their presence on the show isn't fully as a guest, so it's misleading to include them in the category. if you have any input on this, pls let me know your thoughts!! i would love to make this change but i'd like a general consensus on how ppl would feel about this being the standard for this page going forward, or if you know any other similar pages with a precedent regarding this.
