First Heavy EELV[edit]

DSP was a heavy configuration flight, and was ordered as part of the EELV programme, therefore it is, de facto, the first heavy EELV launch. The mission patch for L-26, however, claims that it will be the first. I'm not sure, but I think that there may be some confusion here in that the mission patch may represent the first NRO EELV Heavy launch.
