To begin with, there is only supposed to be one wiki link to another article per each article even if the other article is mentioned a number of times. Second, an episode may contain a company name but a company it does not make. Wiki links in an episode title should ONLY go to a wikipedia article about that episode. If you want to create a wiki link to the company's wikipedia article that fine, so long as it is named and linked to in the synopsis: NOT the episode title.
