Use of the term "Former"[edit]

Ron Paul was not in Congress at the time, as the selective use of "Former" to describe Barr & Johnson implies. Nor was Andre Marrou still in the state legislature when he ran for VP or President. So either they should all say "Former" or none of them. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.167.200.224 (talk) 13:31, 10 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Also, Roger MacBride had also previously served as a State Representative (and like Barr and Paul and Johnson, but not Marrou, did so as a Republican). 70.92.228.161 (talk) 05:18, 8 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Paul Party Membership[edit]

In Re Note:

Ron Paul, lifetime member of Libertarian Party. https://www.lp.org/libertarian-party-lifetime-members/

Does this note only mean that he has changed his voter registration to be affiliated with the Libertarian Party again as of 2015? Or does it mean that "Texas faithless elector Bill Greene" has been a member of the Libertarian Party since 2015?

I think it would be better if the writer of that note could make that more clear.

Thanks.
