British aircraft used by USA in WW2 omitted
[edit]Although the page contains a table of non-US manufactured aircraft used by US forces, there is no mention of the British fighters used by the US in WW2. In particular, there should be entries for the Supermarine Spitfire MkV, Supermarine Spitfire MkIX, The Dehaveland Mosquito (night fighter), Bristol Beaufighter (night fighter). (The US also used the Spitfire in the Photo reconnaissance role.) Suitable lines should be added to the table? 86.5.224.175 (talk) 10:20, 26 August 2024 (UTC)
- There is a section for foreign-built fighters, so feel free to add them if you have reliable sources. On a side note, foreign-built fighter aircraft solely used for photo reconnaissance probably do not belong here, only aircraft that were actually used as fighters by the US military. - ZLEA T\C 16:03, 26 August 2024 (UTC)
