Clean up[edit]

I propose a severe clean up to reduce the list. At this moment, it is becoming a list of all people remotely associated with the university.

What I suggest is to reduce the list to people who have their own article. A next step will be to allow only people on the list who's article give reliable sources that they have studied at NUI Galway and predecessors. The Banner talk 07:48, 12 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Suggested additions[edit]

How about adding Brother Colm O'Connell? He is a legend in track & field, and his wikipedia article specifically says he studied at UCG/NUI Galway. Randomtrackfan (talk) 22:56, 10 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
