Is "Quonset hut" the right name?

Was the music conservatory building really called "Quonset hut"? It doesn't look like a real quonset hut, an American WWII-era pre-fabed building that is basically have a cylinder, though there were many around Manila in the 50s. I am wondering if this was a mis-spelling of "concert hut." --Bruce Hall (talk) 13:52, 25 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It was a quonset hut before. It's kinda confusing, but you can check this article: Ground-breaking opera opens Sept. 29. I'm pretty sure that the one on the picture was a building for UST Conservatory of Music, as depicted on this image.  Philtro  Talk  14:42, 25 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
