Disagree with Proposed Deletion[edit]

It's bemusing that two editors supported the concept that this page should be deleted, for at least two reasons:

1) The reason given, Does not indicate notability; no reliable, published, third party sources, is incorrect. The initial paragraph gives the source (the WWDTM website—undeniably a reliable source).

2) As for notability: why would this article be any less notable than lists of List of Monk episodes, Bewitched DVD Releases, or List of Two and a Half Men episodes? Those articles are allowed to stand on their own, without any requirement that the article somehow "indicate notability."

3) (Bonus reason, provided at no extra charge!) I notice that nobody has proposed deleting the lists of WWDTM guests from the other years of this show. It would be exceedingly odd to leave a black hole of 2005.

In IMHO, it would be a shame if this resource were deleted. Guests of the show include Barack Obama, Madeline Albright, Terry Gross, Stephen Breyer (the first time a Supreme Court justice deigned to appear on a game show!), and Adam West, among many other luminaries. It's an impressive and eclectic list. Keeping this list published, and up to date, will enable people to review this aspect of the history and importance of the show.--HughGRex (talk) 23:03, 15 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
