The result of the move request was: Moved to List of airport stations. Per consensus, the article looks like a list, thus moving to List of airport stations. Comment. I'm not sure that this is the right title for this article in either capitalisation. It is not an article about either a specific station called "Airport" or "Airport Station" but equally it is not an article about the concept of an airport station, rather it is an incomplete list of stations located at airports which include the word "Airport" in their name which seems rather arbitrary to me. It would be better named something like List of airport stations with a defined inclusion criteria regarding counts as an airport station. Thryduulf (talk) 11:49, 27 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Copying those out to a separate dab page along with Airport metro station (Nagpur) and Airport Metro station (Tyne and Wear) (Airport metro station redirects to this page) is a good idea as the current page is trying to do two jobs. It might be better to do the split differently though and move the non-dab entries then move this page to the lowercase title instead though? Thryduulf (talk) 19:40, 28 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Comment I can see why people are supporting "list of airport stations", and I don't think it's bad idea, and it's definitely better than the current title. And it is true that it does look like a list. My personal preference would still be "airport station" as originally proposed by Useddenim because it's shorter and neater. Article scope[edit]

I see that the article's scope was quite confused, so I think this list should definitively be about ALL transport/transit stations at airports, not just ones that are called exactly "Airport". It seems a bit pedantic to only include those, and as a reader, when I first saw this list, I was expecting somewhere like Bangkok's airport stations to be on the list, but they're not because they're not called "Airport station".

This list is still missing a lot of stations, including from the UK, tram stations, etc. Probably could use [[Category:Airport railway stations]] to fill in this list. Fork99 (talk) 01:21, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
