Easy To Follow Ratings Added[edit]

Untitled[edit]

I've added ratings (or colour coded areas) for a quick reference anyone can follow. ACB classification symbols for games rated, Red for Refused Classification, and Grey for Unrated. (Only possible future additions may be adding more columns for the insane cases, like games processed 3+ times and/or another colour for another type of case.) - CertifiableNut (talk) 12:25, 19 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I will be adding to the other section soon, but just what the games are rated now that they're not R.C-ed. - CertifiableNut (talk) 12:27, 19 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Left 4 Dead 2 to potentially be uncensored?[edit]

I don't know if this is relevant, but Chet Faliszek of Valve did say that the company were "exploring the options" of getting the game uncensored in Australia and that it was "something we want to do". [1] Since I don't really do the whole Wikipedia editing thing, I was just wondering if something related to this should be posted in the L4D2 section? - 180.216.102.83 (talk) 15:02, 26 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Saints Row IV & State of Decay[edit]

Both are not banned in Australia, One was edited another rated R18.

"An edited version of the game with a side mission removed was rated MA15+ on 2 August 2013." - Saints Row IV.

"On the July 11, 2013 State Of Decay was rated R18+ for High Impact Violence" - State of Decay (video game) TheGRVOfLightning (talk) 18:05, 3 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Postal II availability in Australia[edit]

I know the article says Postal II is banned in Australia, but ever since it was Greenlit on Steam back in 2012, the game has been available to buy without any problems (I live in Australia and bought it a few days ago). I don't know where we can find a citation for this, or if this has somehow slipped through the Australian classification system (it has no ACB rating on the steam page), but regardless, should we change the status of Postal II to unbanned? Marc Ecko's Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure[edit]

Marc Ecko's etc. is back on Steam. The article says it was there and left briefly. As of today (2/8/20), it's back on Steam for $14.99. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.200.178.157 (talk) 04:04, 9 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Addition of Censored Games in This Article[edit]

I believe that not only banned games, but also censored games should be mentioned in the article, which has been promptly deleted by someone because it was "kinda irrelevant." Saint Lucifer Write (talk) 13:33, 10 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Coffin of Andy and Leyley and Al-aqsa Mosque game unable to be bought in Australia anymore without classification[edit]

Almost all Steam games are unclassified yet these games have been arbitrarily banned. Why hasn't it been added 122.150.102.163 (talk) 19:49, 18 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
