Eysteinn

[edit]

Added entry on Eysteinn (1182-83). My sources describe him as acting bishop, but I'm unsure if he actually worked or just resided in Lincoln. Someone with access to English church records should verify.Lidmann (talk) 23:26, 10 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Neither The Handbook of British Chronology nor [Fasti Ecclesiae Anglicanae 1066-1300: volume 3: Lincoln] give him the official title, but I put him in a side note for Geoffrey, does that work? Ealdgyth - Talk 01:37, 11 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah. A much better solution than mine. Rephrased slightly to reflect the lack of certainity. Lidmann (talk) 16:29, 26 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
