Is there really a rule that the N65, N66, and N67 are only open to people with student MetroCards? The LI Bus schedules pages say that these routes only run on school days, but it doesn't say anything about a restriction on who can ride. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.190.166.162 (talk) 20:02, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Can somebody archive the Revised LI Bus changes? The MTA takes down these documents after a year or so (I can't access the farebox recovery ratio for these routes anymore, so they'll probably take it down soon). ~Checkmatechamp138~ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Checkmatechamp137 (talkcontribs) 06:04, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Lower-case "n" vs. upper-case "N"

[edit]

The schedules released by NICE prior to the transfer use a lower-case "n" as the county identifying suffix as opposed to a upper-case "N". However, this is not reflected on the buses themselves. While NICE may choose to use "n" instead of "N" on the schedules, this should not be taken literally in the articles. Because "N" still appears on the buses, and to keep the NICE-related articles in line with the rest of the NYC regional bus services, the upper-case "N" should be retained. The lower case "n" has begun to make its way to the buses and the signs. Perhaps it is time to revisit this? --AEMoreira042281 (talk) 04:09, 12 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I rode the newly-truncated N79 this week from end-to-end. NICE has tweaked the format of the electronic display in front of the buses, but I did not notice any lower-case "n". I'd rather keep the letter in its upper case form no matter what. DreamMcQueen (talk) 23:39, 13 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Not all displays have since been tweaked. Here's a lowercase example. — Train2104 (talk • contribs) 01:16, 14 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I think we should leave it with the uppercase N until all buses have been resigned and all stop signs replaced. That could take up to 18 months, according to NICE. After that is done, change it to lowercase. (why not?)— Train2104 (talk • contribs) 01:11, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

n88

[edit]

Nice do not have any n88 schedule why???? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.193.33.98 (talk) 01:23, 3 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It will be released when n88 begins in May. — Train2104 (talk • contribs) 14:26, 3 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
