Is the name of the article appropriate?[edit]

Hi all, my impression is that this is not a comprehensive list of "all" senior officers of the Argentine Army (which should include at a minimum ALL the general-level officers), but one that list all the most-senior officers (ie: who lead the Argentine Army, equivalent to chief-of-(general)staff or similar).
As such, shouldn't the article's title reflect that fact? I'm unsure exactly which is the best name in that case; will try to make some suggestions.
