Definitely there needs to be some additions and edits.

"I got Stripes" is a Johnny Cash song, which borrows from a Lead Belly song titled "On a Monday" The album cited for Phil Lee is a Johnny Cash tribute album; Phil Lee is covering Johnny, who covered Lead Belly.
"Gallows Pole" also covered by Willie Watson (it's pretty good, too)
Nirvana/Kurt Cobain covered a whole slew of Lead Belly songs, I would at least add "Ain't It A Shame" (Nirvana title) / "Ain't It A Shame (To Go Fishin' On A Sunday)" (Lead Belly title), and maybe "They Hung Him On A Cross" (Nirvana title) / "They Hung Him On The Cross" or "He Never Said A Mumblin' Word" (Lead Belly title)
Arlo Guthrie may have covered some of his songs, I think he actually met Lead Belly, since his dad (Woody Guthrie) and Lead Belly had played together. I wouldn't doubt it if Pete Seeger and Woodie also "covered" Lead Belly songs, but I don't know at this time. I know Arlo sang "Goodnight Irene" live, but not sure if it was recorded.
Combine "In the Pines" and "Where Did You Sleep Last Night" rows, same song
"House of the Rising Sun" The Animals, etc.
There should be a disclaimer at the beginning that Lead Belly may have been the first to record and copyright songs, but that many of his songs are considered "Traditional songs" and he was not the writer or original artist.
