Excellent page. The last decision U 13/09 is not available in English?

It has not been translated yet. --Accursius (talk) 18:29, 5 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

CCBH 01.12.2016, nr. U-23/14, "Ljubić"[edit]

I would add the so called Ljubić case about the apportionment of seats over constituent peoples in the House of Peoples of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.[1] Croats complained too few of their seats were elected from Croat-majority cantons because of the rule every people must have at least one delegate from every canton.-- Bancki (talk) 09:26, 23 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

CCBH 26.03.2015 nr. U-14/12[edit]

I would add this case wherein the court finds the constitutions of both entities (and the electoral law) unconstitutional because "others" cannot become president or vice-president.[1]-- Bancki (talk) 11:28, 23 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
