Title Suggestion

[edit]

As the article contains real animals as well as corporate entities, should it be redirected to List of non-humans with stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame? Killer Moff (talk) 11:44, 4 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Pee-Wee Herman should be added.

[edit]

As Pee-Wee, the character, has a star on the Walk of Fame (rather than Paul Rubens), he should be included in this list. It's beyond my experience level to make more than a minor edit. Geniuswaitress (talk) 23:16, 17 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Judge Judy should be added

[edit]

Judge Judy was a persona she took when the show was created, Judy Shelindlin is a former family court judge which would not merit addition unless she ruled on a major entertainment case, highly doubtful in NY family court. I am making a suggestion much as was suggested for Pee Wee Herman. I would rather have feedback before making an edit. Weweedmaniii (talk) 14:09, 7 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Public domain characters

[edit]

Mickey and Minnie Mouse are marked as characters whose copyright owners are listed partially as 'none' due to the copyright expiring to their debut works (Winnie the Pooh may or may not count as the Disney version is the one given a star). The public domain content in question is a minority of works with them in, they are still actively marketed by the current copyright holders as a whole, and the PD status is not very relevant to their fame, so should it be removed or be replaced with a footnote? Retired fictional characters?

[edit]

Hey, guys. Has anyone really know which of some fictional characters with their stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame you think have been retired? Why? Thomas Wiencek (talk) 20:23, 10 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
