Should we create a section for a List of marine biologists in Fictional Works or just put it in a new article?

Or should we make a new article for Marine Biologists in Fictional Works. People are gonna keep adding the Jotaro Kujo spam, I figured by creating it under its own section of marine biologists in Fictional Works it would be a good compromise but would a better solution be to create a new article? My only gripe with creating a new article for this topic would be the lack of enough marine biologists to make it necessary to create a whole new article but if the compromise I proposed is non-negotiable I feel its only right that said potential article should be created

As is explained at the top of this page, and as is listed in the "See also" section of the article, we already have a List of fictional scientists and engineers which includes Jotaro Kujo. Any discussion about breaking that list into sub-pages needs to take place at that list's talk page, not here. Given that the clear explanations pointing to the main list were regularly ignored, I cannot see that explanations pointing to a sub-list are any more likely to be heeded.
Since this article was protected on 19 March 2016, and ignoring User:Drdrepepper's attempts to create a "fictional" sub-section, we have had just two "vandal" additions to the page; 14 January 2017 and 2 January 2019, fewer than one per year. I suspect that the situation will change when the semi-protection expires, but if it becomes problematic, we can re-protect the page - Arjayay (talk) 10:40, 3 March 2019 (UTC)
