How to say the names of corps, regements, etc.

How should one say the name of a corps. Is III Corps said as "third corps.", "corps three", or "three Corps."?

If you see a unit named "the 164th" is that usually a regement? Phagebob (talk) 01:42, 26 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
