Dates[edit]

The whole entry was rewritten using the best english sources available (including translations of primary sources)- dates are difficult because of transliteration or conflict even in primary sources. Actually, the whole article is a mess, especially the Lan Xang section. There were no sources quoted at all, and the only source I could find on a relatively quick search (ironically it had been used as a copyvio source for some of the individual articles) conflicts with names and dates, and it's not clear who is who in the list. I've patched it up as best I can for now, but we really need some more sources for this.
