Image copyright problem with Image:Li Xiannian.jpg[edit]

The image Image:Li Xiannian.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. --02:16, 19 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Distinct government[edit]

Regardless of whether one considers Taiwan and China to be one country or two, the governments are clearly distinct. This article should be split into separate articles for the list of ROC presidents and the list of PRC presidents. Readin (talk) 16:36, 28 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Recent changes[edit]

People looking for presidents of China are most likely looking for presidents of a state, that state being the PRC. Recently the article has changed and that change was made without any attempt to discuss first. Please justify the changes to avoid reversion. Readin (talk) 00:30, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Two separate wiki articles[edit]

How is this one wiki article? Shouldn't it be two, one for Taiwan and the other for PRC? 104.14.55.11 (talk) 20:32, 10 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
