Qualification[edit]

On what qualification does an Acting President get to be listed here? Because Fazlul Qadir Chaudhry was the Speaker who served as Acting President during the absence of Ayub Khan. Does he get to be on this list? Ratibgreat (talk) 18:47, 8 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
