Snakes on a plane is punk?[edit]

I Went to the "snakes on a plane" page and the only thing that could remotely tie it in with punk is a picture of this one girl that got a snakes on a plane shirt from hot topic, and even then it's arguable that hot topic itself isnt punk. Since there was nothing punk about it i took it off.

Can anyone explain why this page seems to associate John Lurie with the movie Dogs in Space? As far as I know, Lurie had nothing to do with this movie. Does anyone have info to the contrary?

THIS LIST IS STUPID! More than half of those movies are not Punk at all! WTF, nobody even listed the movie "Christ the Movie" by Crass, but there's Clockwork Orange.... WTF does clockwork Orange have to do with being a punk film.... STUPID!!! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.3.39.78 (talk) 05:03, 26 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A Clockwork Orange was one of the inspirations for the punk subculture of the 70s: angry young men in big boots using random violence to alleviate their boredom. Many punks dress like Alex's Droogs (bands like the Adicts). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.16.251.159 (talk) 23:26, 8 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

you´re right, Christ the movie must be mentioned. On the other hand all those silly Punxploitation Films also must be mentioned since , being punk-themed, they can be categorized as "Punk movies" too.--95.223.25.226 (talk) 20:55, 9 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A Clockwork Orange (film) is not a punk film. The punk subculture didn't even exist when it was written, and there is nothing about the punk subculture in the film.Spylab (talk) 14:15, 30 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Juno[edit]

I removed Juno because it isn't "about" punk. It features punk rock, but that's not a primary topic or theme, so I don't think it fits with the purpose of this list. dz7 (talk) 03:24, 30 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Add Shonen Merikensack[edit]

We should add Shonen Merikensack.
