Raconteurs and Killers on Wii

In the World Tour section of the Guitar Hero forum the admin has stated that the Raconteurs and The Killers were not put in the Wii version over licensing issues but that they'll be up in 1-2 days. I think the blue ds should be taken down from those two packs.--67.34.181.210 (talk) 04:25, 26 November 2008 (UTC)

Sourcing

I found this article as a stub several days ago through Newpages. I know nothing about the game series. I am leaving up an anonymous entry because it appears to check out, but there's no solid sourcing here. If anyone has some sort of decent, definitive source for this game, it would be much appreciated. Please do not fill this in yet...

Do not move this from a redirect until the full soundtrack is absolutely known from a single source. --MASEM 01:43, 9 August 2008 (UTC)

Full list revealed

Gamespot UK has the full list. I'm counting it as 84 because I'm not putting the Nugent and Wylde original guitar duels in the setlist and instead mentioning them below. Made more sense to me to do it that way, but if you disagree, that's cool. Dmwiki (talk) 17:17, 12 September 2008 (UTC)

Guitar Duels are counted in the setlist (see List of songs in Guitar Hero 3 and List of songs in Guitar Hero: Aerosmith for exampes. -- TRTX T / C 17:38, 12 September 2008 (UTC)
OK, that's fine. 74.181.76.25 (talk) 20:46, 12 September 2008 (UTC)

Suggestions

This is going to be a messy transition, but I'd recommend pulling some elements from other GH song lists to flesh out the article. -- TRTX T / C 17:38, 12 September 2008 (UTC)

Semiprotect?

I thought it was just people who didn't realize the leaked setlists had been proven wrong but it looks like a lot of these edits are actually vandalism. Do we need semiprotection? It helped a lot on the main article. Dmwiki (talk) 00:46, 13 September 2008 (UTC)

I would request it (WP:RFPP) (technically I could do it myself as an admin, but cases like this, better to use the normal process) --MASEM 01:03, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
Requesting now. Dmwiki (talk) 01:17, 13 September 2008 (UTC)

Filling Out the Table

I was going to add years to the songs per the GH3 list page but wanted to ask about the songs that were partially rerecorded -- "Kick out the Jams", "Overkill" only had part of the track redone, right? So would we call those 2008 (assuming the rerecording was done sometime this year but actually I don't know that)? "Pretty Vacant" was rerecorded in the same sessions as "Anarchy in the U.K." was for GH3, so I suppose that's 2007?

Far as the other columns used in the GH3 table, "master recording?" is not needed here and we don't know the tiers yet but anything else we need? Dmwiki (talk) 19:27, 13 September 2008 (UTC)

Years added. If anyone can find the dates for the specific live recordings of "Demolition Man" "Sweet Home Alabama" and "Purple Haze", appreciate it; also can't find the info for "Toy Boy". Dmwiki (talk) 20:26, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
Demolition Man (Sting's version) was released in 1993, as part of the "Demolition Man" OST, according to his discography. "Toy Boy" belongs to the album "Nevermind The Living Dead", that according to the French's Amazon is from 2006. Garavello (talk) 18:38, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
Are you absolutely certain that the live version of Demolition Man in the game is the exact same recording as the one on the OST? According to a screen in the game itself, it claims it as being a 2005 recording. This is clearly visible on this Youtube video of the gameplay. Until there is proof otherwise, I am going to amend the tracklisting to reflect the in-game date. --RevolverMadeOfVelvet (talk) 15:14, 28 October 2008 (UTC)

Dates for DLC?

Has it been announced when the DLC packs will be available? I'm assuming Death Magnetic will be from day one, since it's already available (and supposedly forward-compatible) for GH3, but they didn't mention dates for the R.E.M. or Smashing Pumpkins, did they? Might be worth adding a sentence to that effect to the section, and then a column to the table when we have dates. Dmwiki (talk) 22:07, 14 September 2008 (UTC)

NEW KILLERS TRACK PACK FOR DLC-
We need to add the Killers Trackpack to the list of DLC.

Release date: November 19th.
Songs included:
1. Mr. Brightside (from their album, Hot Fuss)
2. Losing Touch (from their latest album, Day & Age)
3. Human (from their latest album, Day & Age)

Tiers

Any word on the tiers, and what songs will be in each tier? --24.63.18.184 (talk) 05:04, 15 September 2008 (UTC)

No word yet. Probably going to be different than the traditional tier format. Dmwiki (talk) 05:27, 15 September 2008 (UTC)

A few points on song years

I reverted the change of "Kick Out the Jams" to 1968 because, as the footnote says, guitar tracks were rerecorded in 2008. If consensus is listing it as "1968/2008" is unwieldy, that's fine, but in that case it should be "2008" and definitely not "1968", since the song includes content that wasn't recorded until 40 years later. I felt "1968/2008" with a footnote was simply the most accurate way to say it; this isn't quite in line with the other rerecords used in previous games, since those were completely redone and here part of the original track is still used.

Someone anonymously added dates to the live recordings of "Purple Haze" and "Sweet Home Alabama" without cites. Do we know for sure these are the years of the particular live recordings used in the game? Hard to see how we could know that without a cite. The "Demolition Man" year was explained here, so that's good, thanks. Dmwiki (talk) 23:42, 15 September 2008 (UTC)

Slide Away - Oasis?

It's mentioned here: http://www.denofgeek.com/games/120678/guitar_hero_world_tour_preview_xbox_360ps3.html that the reviewer played this song in the game as one of the songs he reviewed, however Slide Away is nowhere to be found on the official tracklist. Can anyone confirm or deny that the song is really in the game and update the list accordingly? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.21.190.40 (talk) 02:55, 5 October 2008 (UTC)

Interesting, but there's no reason to believe the official list from Activision is wrong, rather than this site I'd never heard of just confusing that with the Oasis song that is on the list. TheMolecularMan (talk) 03:57, 5 October 2008 (UTC)

This is why I don't like the "year" column.

So there's a few edits back and forth regarding Freak on a Leash and what it was released. Album was one year, Single was the following year. GHIII included the year with the game, as did GH:A I believe. However GH, GHII, GH80's, and I believe GHOT did not. I feel years should be removed from those GH articles which are not explicity named in game, and should be removed from GHWT's list until we have verification that the game itself includes them. There was similiar discussions regarding years/decades with songs in Rock Band. The decision there was that if the we ever included this info it would be the Decade as listed in-game. -- TRTX T / C 19:41, 6 October 2008 (UTC)

I think it's just a tad premature - the game, if like all other recent GH games, will likely have the year, and that will be the official source. When I made up the years on the GH1/GH2/80s tables, I used the manual's printed copyright date which worked for all but like 6 songs, which there I used the year it was first published (album or single). --MASEM 19:48, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
There was a little back and forth on that song, but I think it's pretty straightforward. "Year" should be whenever the recording used in the game was first released -- whether it first came out on an album or as a single, whichever came first. Rerecordings made for the game should be listed when they were rerecorded.
The only issue I have with the table as is is the few live songs -- "Demolition Man" was explained here on the talk page, and that's fine, but for "Purple Haze" and "Sweet Home Alabama" I don't think we have any confirmation which particular recordings of the songs are being used. Someone added years on them, and they appear to be just the same years for the studio recordings, which may or may not be correct. I didn't revert those when they appeared but I asked here and never got an answer. Seems they shouldn't have a year until we know for sure. TheMolecularMan (talk) 01:14, 7 October 2008 (UTC)
Gameplay vids confirm the live version of "Purple Haze" is listed as 1967 and "Sweet Home Alabama" is from 1976, according to the game. You can see the titles and years in this [1] video, toward the middle; SHA is also shown here [2] but it's almost too quick to make out at the beginning. TheMolecularMan (talk) 14:12, 8 October 2008 (UTC)
The live version of Purple Haze is actually from 1968 according to [3]. SHA is from 1976 according to this [4].59.101.32.250 (talk) 09:45, 14 October 2008 (UTC)

USA Today blog confirms(?) Hendrix, Raconteurs DLC

http://blogs.usatoday.com/technologylive/2008/10/bands-promote-t.html

"Available for download on Nov. 7 is "Another Way to Die," the theme song for the upcoming James Bond film Quantum of Solace, by Jack White and Alicia Keys ($1.99.)

Also on the way: three songs from the late Jimi Hendrix ("Little Wing," "If 6 was 9" and "Fire") and The Raconteurs ("Salute Your Solution," "Hold Up" and "Consoler of the Lonely" ($1.99 per song or $5.49 for three-packs)."

I'd add this but as I recall USA Today got some tracks wrong talking about the on-disc setlist a few months ago and recently reported that RB2 on the Wii would be gimped like the first one, which HMX corrected the next day, so I don't know how much I trust them, and if it's that close to release I figure Activion would issue a press release soon anyway. Just throwing this out there. TheMolecularMan (talk) 15:34, 24 October 2008 (UTC)

I think that's why blogs aren't usually considered reliable sources, even if they come from usa today. I say just wait until there's a better source to quote... I know I'll be on the lookout for one, now. KhalfaniKhaldun 06:18, 25 October 2008 (UTC)
The Jimi Hendrix and Raconteurs contributions have now been officially announced on the official Guitar Hero Community website, so I've added the packs and tracks to the table. --RevolverMadeOfVelvet (talk) 14:41, 28 October 2008 (UTC)

Separate listing/dates for Wii DLC?

IGN confirms (well, to the extent that IGN's blog can confirm but this feels much more solid that the last thing I noted) that that Wii will not be getting the full Death Magnetic album DLC, at least at launch. If the Wii isn't going to be getting the same tracks on the same dates, should be address this somehow in our DLC listings? TheMolecularMan (talk) 14:43, 25 October 2008 (UTC)

As we saw on the recent "No Rain" edits, this will be an issue. Listing release dates on each console seems like it might be too much, especially as a precedent for when RB2 starts gradually backfilling its entire DLC catalog to Wii. A footnote on each song, like with the R.E.M. tracks that are 360 exclusives for two weeks, would also be excessive. So how should we handle this? TheMolecularMan (talk) 14:24, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
My apologies on that edit, I was not aware of the separate date releases and only found out after making the edit that the Wii users did in fact get "No Rain" at launch. Unfortunately, I can't think of any easy fixes at the moment, so I'll leave it for further discussion? --RevolverMadeOfVelvet (talk) 14:44, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
No problem. TheMolecularMan (talk) 15:07, 28 October 2008 (UTC)

Seeing how CharlieKaneAndSon has placed a footnote in regards to the tracks from Death Magnetic that are available as Wii DLC has got me thinking. There are three systems for which GHWT supports DLC, correct? How about simply using three footnotes; one each to denote that a specific song is not available as DLC for that system at the current moment? I'm not sure it would be absolutely necessary to list the first date the song is available for each system; the Rock Band downloadable content page seems to handle it well enough using the first date of release. In any case it seems like that might handle both the Death Magnetic issues as well as the No Rain issues. --RevolverMadeOfVelvet (talk) 19:24, 28 October 2008 (UTC)

I'm thinking, not sure yet, that the Date column is only of interest for simple tracking purposes of the content released relative to other content, and not so much an official record when content was on each console system. The 360/PS3 is trivial (T/Th specifically barring exceptions), but since the Wii schedule seems to have less rigor, I agree that both an explaination of the Wii distribution times in the section lead and a footnote will be appropriate, instead of adding another column. --MASEM 19:43, 28 October 2008 (UTC)

I added the 'd' footnote to the Raconteurs and Killers tracks as they are not currently available on Wii. I'm not sure if these tracks will fall more accurately under the 'e' footnote, but i felt it was necessary to denote in some way that they are not currently available on Wii. If anyone else has better information, feel free to change it.Briggity Brak (talk) 01:56, 26 November 2008 (UTC)

Expanding the table

Ok, now with game in hand, I'm looking through how to expand this, and I really don't see any easy way.

First, years are all explicitly given in the game, so we can correct the year column.

Unlike Rock Band, there are no assigned difficulties; the setlist (when doing quickplay) can be sorted on artist, song title, or "career mode order". This is separate for all 5 ways (band, guitar, bass, vocal, and drums). Download content (this, at least for me, being Death Magentic) has no change when you change sort order. I'd like to get some band difficulty (like the RB2 band difficulty for those lists), but since there really is no such this, I don't we can do this. I'm open to other suggestions, but the lists, save for year corrections, seems like pretty much all we can do without going into game guide-type material (technically, each career has a number of sets, but these aren't ranked like the tiers for other GH games).--MASEM 17:39, 26 October 2008 (UTC)

You could add the level(venue name for each song, asterisk if it is an encore or something). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.70.204.170 (talk) 17:42, 26 October 2008 (UTC)

That's 5 lists for each, and that's too much detail (we took it out of the RB lists for that reason). The band one, maybe, since that's a general indicator, but I wouldn't do all 5. --MASEM 17:45, 26 October 2008 (UTC)

-My suggestion is adding a "tier" column. Viz:

JW (talk) 21:57, 26 October 2008 (UTC)

Again, I'd love to do that, but there is no tiering system. There are "gigs" which are arranged in a relative difficulty order, but even there, there are gigs that have "equal" difficulty because they aren't separated any further. --MASEM 22:05, 26 October 2008 (UTC)
What I meant was breaking it down into tiers by gigs, which appears to be what we're doing JW (talk) 00:50, 27 October 2008 (UTC)

After playing the game a bit more, I think the solution we want to do is basically break down the song list by each of the gigs listed in band career mode (all seemingly to contain one encore, and some with boss battles). These have no direct difficulty correlation, but the order they are given (there are four "bulletin boards" where tours are posted to, and there's an semi-official order on these boards (top left to bottom right), so we can sort-key on that order, with some statement in the lead that tours, in order, get increasingly difficult. This can really only be done for the band - trying to list band and each instrument is too much for this table (but we can provide a table on a wiki elsewhere for reference). --MASEM 22:49, 26 October 2008 (UTC)

I agree that we should break it down by gig, but I really do want to see a table where it is broken down for all instruments. But here's an example of what one column would look like:

See the discussions on the various Rock Band track list pages: having all five breakouts is approaching a guide and thats why they were removed there and should be avoid here. The relative difficulty given by the full band ordering is a good single point assessment for the purposes of comparing songs. It also doesn't help that the DLC lacks any difficulty indication, it's just there. --MASEM 23:10, 26 October 2008 (UTC)

I will agree with that reasoning. You bring a good point, and it really does give a general indication of how difficult the songs are. I move to adopt that change. Anyone else agree? 05:04, 27 October 2008 Triforce11 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.70.89.214 (talk) 05:04, 27 October 2008 (UTC)

I agree with Masem -- listing the gig on each career is way too much, and seems even less valuable since it's hardly clear that the gigs are supposed to be a linear progression of difficulty. Maybe list the full band gig, but only if that corresponds well to the order the songs appear in the other careers -- if the band "difficulty" was wildly different that the difficulty on each instrument, I'd just skip it altogether. TheMolecularMan (talk) 14:26, 28 October 2008 (UTC)

Two things needed

Ok, this article is really close to take to FLC (which we need to do to make sure that Guitar Hero stays a Featured Topic). Obviously we need the band gig order which I haven't seen yet appear on GameFaqs or other such sights, but I assume that's just a matter of time. The other thing to check (if someone could do this) is if the DLC in game lists the year the DLC songs were released. If so, we should add that to the DLC table - using the best estimates for yet-unreleased songs - to be consistent with both tables. --MASEM 16:37, 28 October 2008 (UTC)

I can confirm the DLC does include years of release; although I don't remember whether or not they show up on the quickplay list, they are definitely displayed along with the title and artist at the beginning of each song. You can see an example of that on this Youtube video of "Hot Blooded", which appears to list it as a 1978 release. --RevolverMadeOfVelvet (talk) 16:47, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
Masem, what exactly are you looking for in terms of band gig order? Are you just talking about what the list of gigs are, or about what songs are in each gig for each instrument? I can start working on that when I get home tonight, I'm almost done with the Vocal career, but I just need to know exactly what information we need. Crazydiamond1to9 (talk) 22:17, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
Well, above, we've decided not to included on this page all 5 career paths; it's too much guide-like material; we'll only include the band gig listing (with the "order" being determined by what screen "board" the gig is on, then in counter-clockwise from the top left.) The band difficulty is a rough average of the other parts so it's the best measure to show the casual reader how each song is rated difficulty-wise. However, I urge that we can create the full 5 instrument (4 instruments + band) table on the GH Wikia and point from here to that for the more explicit details. Right now, though, I've not seen the full lists for any specific career (I've got all of the lead guitar unlocked but haven't played all the gigs to get the encores yet). If you don't know how to do tables, that's fine - I just need gig location/name and the order of songs in the gig (including boss and encore songs) to fill it out. --MASEM 22:25, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
I can give you the drum gig info in a while if it's not on the web already. Finishing the last gig now.TheMolecularMan (talk) 03:13, 29 October 2008 (UTC)
Doing the last 3 vocal gigs now, I'll have it tonight or tomorrow. Crazydiamond1to9 (talk) 04:54, 29 October 2008 (UTC)
Okay, here's what I've got for the vocal career. There are no encores on Tool, Ted;s Tiki Hut, Recording Studio, Tesla's Coil, or Sunna's Chariot. There are also no duels in the vocal career.

Ok, I've got the full band gig list now up - the format to add other columns should be obvious so if you want to do this in a sandbox, please go ahead - you likely can cut and paste how I've set up sorting to make things consistent. Again, this is not to put the individual instrument difficulties in this article but instead to get the full list to a wiki so that we can point to it. --MASEM 15:28, 7 November 2008 (UTC)

Stranglehold

I'm pretty sure that this one was re-recorded even though the year of the song is listed as 1975. It was most likely re-recorded along with Cat Scratch Fever and the Ted Nugent Guitar Duel last year. Speaking of which, on Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, Cat Scratch Fever was listed as year 1977 even though it was re-recorded. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.220.99.43 (talk) 00:46, 4 November 2008 (UTC)

Being "pretty sure" isn't enough to change the contents of the article. Do you have any sources that support your thinking? Otherwise, it just falls under original research. KhalfaniKhaldun 01:05, 4 November 2008 (UTC)

Try listening to the original Master recording and then the version used in the game back to back. The drum part is obviously different, like the Allman Brothers song where they had to re-record the drum track because the original track had two drummers. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.220.99.20 (talk) 02:38, 10 November 2008 (UTC)

We can't go off what your ear says (that's original research - we need a reliable source that says this is the case. --MASEM 03:22, 10 November 2008 (UTC)
Regardless of whether the song was rerecorded, remixed, redubbed, or regurgitated, the in-game year is given as 1975, and that's what this list should go by. Anything else short of an official statement is original research. Crazydiamond1to9 (talk) 02:55, 12 November 2008 (UTC)

prices?

someone please list dlc prices. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Estemshorn (talkcontribs) 22:29, 5 November 2008 (UTC)

DLC prices are not appropriate - WP is not a sales catalog - though an average cost for songs would be useful as a general statement before the table. --MASEM 00:00, 7 November 2008 (UTC)

what about like Rock Band does, it says all single songs are 1.99 unless otherwise noted, and they put the average price for 3 & 4 song packs. i noticed that they are 1.99 for single songs ( psn ) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Estemshorn (talkcontribs) 01:43, 7 November 2008 (UTC)

An additional note on prices, according to the webiste, the track pack price is only available on X-box 360. I can not confirm track pack pricing is unavailable on PS#, but Wii does not feature track packs.--Flem im (talk) 12:32, 21 November 2008 (UTC)

Old Time Rock and Roll

Is it in the game? I haven't seen any videos and it isn't on this list, but the commercials for GHWT say differently. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.73.38.72 (talk) 23:56, 6 November 2008 (UTC)

Not in the list. There is another Seger song, "Hollywood Nights", but not OTR&R. --MASEM 23:59, 6 November 2008 (UTC)

toy boy in the wrong tier

Toy Boy is in Tesla's Coil (Australia), not Lazy Eye. Go look in the game and look on Scorehero and see for yourself. --68.223.235.148 (talk) 04:51, 9 November 2008 (UTC)

For Band career mode, it's in the Recording Studio (even according to Scorehero). --MASEM 06:17, 9 November 2008 (UTC)

Cross-Compatible Songs?

Does anyone know if songs purchased in Guitar Hero 4 will be cross-compatible between future versions like they are for rock band and rock band 2? If they are, will this apply to the wii or just the 360 and ps3? I know previous downloadable songs for Guitar hero on the 360 and PS3 only support the Guitar but will they be upgraded for Guitar Hero 4? —Preceding unsigned comment added by DrM4rio (talkcontribs) 03:19, 17 November 2008 (UTC)

No one has said anything regarding future games yet. We'll probably have a better clue when the next major title is released. --MASEM 03:51, 17 November 2008 (UTC)

The Raconteurs

The Wii doesn't have any songs from The Raconteurs, it should be noted in the article.--Metal Health (talk) 02:56, 23 November 2008 (UTC)

Nowhere is it statet that songs by The Raconteurs are included in the Wii version of the game. --NicApicella (talk) 16:01, 25 November 2008 (UTC)

"Free DLC" Promo?

Guitar Hero's official page describes a promotion that gives out free DLC for those who buy GHWT between now and Dec. 31st. Can anybody find a source that confirms what these songs are? -- TRTX T / C 21:36, 23 December 2008 (UTC)

I think we're going to need someone who has purchased GH:WT to go to http://freemusic.guitarhero.com and fill out the form to confirm that it is indeed all the currently available DLC. The only thing that http://community.guitarhero.com/news_posts/112 says is that you get to choose 5 free tracks. Crazydiamond1to9 (talk) 00:44, 24 December 2008 (UTC)

Some kind of mixup

On the PlayStation 2 verison of the game, the "Phi Psi Kappa" set (for example) is:

  • Livin' on a Prayer by Bon Jovi
  • About a Girl (Live) by Nirvana
  • Mountain Song by Jane's Addiction as the encore

Yet, the article lists it as:

  • Up Around the Bend by Creedence Clearwater Revival
  • Some Might Say by Oasis
  • Eye of the Tiger by Survivor as the encore

Is this mix-up do to different operating systems, or is the article factually incorrect? — Moe ε 20:41, 26 December 2008 (UTC)

What instrument? Note that we are only listing the band setlist, the guitar and other versions will be different. --MASEM 18:27, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
I was referring to guitar. If the setlists are different for each instrument or the band option in the game, an additional column or note couldn't hurt the table for accuracies sake. — Moe ε 00:50, 30 December 2008 (UTC)

Bruce Springsteen Pack Free For a Limited Time?

The official statement I found at http://gonintendo.com/?p=67340 was "They are releasing two Bruce Springsteen tracks as downloadable content for the PS3, 360 and Wii from 1/27/09 and 2/4/09 at no additional charge". I don't know if I'm just over examining but it sounds like the songs will only be free for a limited time. That or they haven't decided what day in that week the DLC will be released.--67.34.181.210 (talk) 18:14, 29 December 2008 (UTC)

It could be read both ways. As best as we can state, they will be free of charge; if that changes after Feb 4, then we'll reflect that. --MASEM 18:26, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
Or does it mean that they will available for a limited time and then removed like the Halloween costumes for LittleBigPlanet that were only available during the first week of launch? Best, --A NobodyMy talk 20:28, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
An article on Ultimate Guitar mentions that they will only be free for a limited time.--67.34.181.210 (talk) 02:41, 7 January 2009 (UTC)
Its free from 1/27/09 until 2/4/09 then it will be 2 dollars per song http://backstreets.com/news.html Gorx9395 (talk) 02:48, 7 January 2009 (UTC)

should the dlc have its own page anytime soon?

Like the rock band dlc article, when will the list be considered large enough to have its own article, as i feel the current page is getting quite lengthy with the on-disc setlist included with the dlc. Spasticmonkey (talk) 02:44, 1 January 2009 (UTC)

Unlike the RB content, which crosses two different games, the DLC is yet unknown if it will work in future games (the Metallica stuff will work in GH:M but that's all confirmed there). If there is cross-game compatibility, then it would make sense to break it out, but until then, the slow rate of release compared to RB doesn't necessitate a new table yet. --MASEM 02:46, 1 January 2009 (UTC)

Hardware Compatibility

ION Hardware
This is only compatible with the XBOX version. Answer from Activision's support: There is no official support for the ION drum set for Guitar Hero: World Tour. I'm sorry if you are having problems, but it is not a product made by Activision, and therefore it is not supported.

Suggestion for improvement: It would be easier for Wii players to read if there was a column for "Available on Wii" like the Rock Band DLC page: List of downloadable songs for the Rock Band series —Preceding unsigned comment added by Gh057rider (talkcontribs) 05:00, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

Difficulty Tiers?

Okay, we know where the songs are played, we just don't know WHEN. A person looking at this article would not be able to tell how hard the songs are without having thoroughly gone through the Band Career Mode. Shouldn't we list the gigs by difficulty or in the order they are played? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.168.114.14 (talk) 00:52, 6 February 2009 (UTC)

That type of information falls into a game guide category and would make the table too large. As the band represents an average of all instruments, the table lists these, with the order for the gigs as presented in the game that reflects the rough difficulty order. --MASEM 00:55, 6 February 2009 (UTC)

Also you need to take a look in your DLC, since the new DLC by Ram Jam - Black Betty and ZZTop - Gimmie all your Lovin' were both Cover song, and that is not listed anywhere on this website.... pretty sad you missed something so simple hahahaha

DLC different for Wii

The song Because of You by Nickleback is different on the Wii version of the game. The intro bass beat is alot easier than the one for the other systems.--68.100.34.172 (talk) 14:13, 22 February 2009 (UTC)

We would need a reliable source to state that there are differences between DLC in consoles for the game. --MASEM 14:22, 22 February 2009 (UTC)
