No Reason for storms removal unedit.[edit]

All the other seasons have the storm names in the "List of storms" and I have no idea why this was removed so thats my reasoning behind the unedit. Some more references are needed is all. Knowledgekid87 16:09, 17 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please discuss such a substantial change before you preform it. –Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 17:15, 19 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
You made the huge change not me. The whole storms section section was gone with no reasoning why here in the discussion part. I simply undid what you had done and put my reasoning behind it.Knowledgekid87 14:35, 19 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, there was a discussion at WT:WPTC regarding the format of these articles. –Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 18:43, 19 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Merge?[edit]

Not sure if here's the best place to put it, but the article is sort of a content fork... --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 01:23, 7 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Neutral, although I would like this merged, I have something to say: that another look at this article first! Merging this would severely jeopardize the FA status of the 2002 AHS, even more than the merging of the 2006 articles. There is a significant lack of information, and seven of the section are completely unsourced (that is 1/2 of the storms!). The section for Hanna is way to short, containing only two sentences of meteorological history and one for impact. In addition, Hurricane Lili, the costliest storm of the season, has no impact info what so ever! I could go on, but in short summary, merging this to the 2002 AHS would make that article dropped to at least C-Class (and that might be generous).--12george1 (talk) 16:23, 26 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Most of the info is already in the 2002 Atlantic hurricane season article, such as Lili's impact and sourcing for each section. I have no qualms in merging in the additional info from here and adding sources. Most of it can be sourced by the TCR anyway, which is in the section in the 2002 article. --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 18:01, 26 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
