Needs some Orlando updates[edit]

This list needs some Orlando updates, I will try to do so this weekend if I get a chance. Frank0051 (talk) 04:42, 29 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hiding Buildings below 400 feet[edit]

I put in HTML comment marks to hide the buildings below 400 feet on this list, as per the introduction to the article. Frank0051 (talk) 03:58, 7 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'm gonna delete all that and hide the rest below 500 feet because it's too long and horribly inaccurate by the time it gets down that far. That or I'll nominate it for deletion. 169.139.19.108 (talk) 20:11, 9 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Move discussion in progress[edit]

There is a move discussion in progress on Talk:List of tallest bridges in the world which affects this page. Please participate on that page and not in this talk page section. Thank you. —RMCD bot 13:17, 22 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Chronology of the tallest buildings in Florida[edit]

The timeline doesn't list the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. Completed in 1926 at 315 feet (96m) it surpassed the Freedom Tower and was succeeded by the Miami-Dade County Courthouse in 1928. [61] [62] 1305cj (talk) 21:37, 24 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Why no VAB?[edit]

Why does the Vehicle Assembly Building at the Kennedy Space Center warrant only a footnote? It is a building, ans it was the tallest in the state for 20 years. Just because it is a specialized structure does not negate its size. It is my belief that the VAB should be incorporated into the lists proper, and not just a footnote.    → Michael J    22:25, 16 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Almost synonymous city list[edit]

Within a few more years of many 200 meter (649 ft) plus buildings going up in Miami and Sunny Isles beach, the entire top 25 or more will be in Miami-Dade County. Given that List of tallest buildings in Upstate New York exists, there could be an urban area equivalent List of tallest buildings in Miami-Dade County. This would include all beachfront skyscrapers up to Golden Beach, as well as Miami and the possibility of its suburban outer cities or unincorporated areas such as Dadeland getting buildings over 490 ft or 150 meters.
