Ranking of towers of similar height by est. date of completion[edit]

Instead of the n= method of listing buildings of the same height, why not rank it according to date of completion (recently finished first)? Need your thoughts on this.

PAGCOR Tower[edit]

Seriously? Why do people keep adding this building. "In progress" likely means that it is going to be built or is already under construction. PAGCOR Tower is under neither catagories, it is a a vision that never managed to reach the construction phase. GrayFullbuster (talk) 06:57, 7 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Move this article back to List of tallest buildings in Metro Manila[edit]

I have started transferring the Metro Manila-centric information in this page back to where they belong in the List of tallest buildings in Metro Manila. If anything, this should only contain a pure listing, while those history/timeline that belongs to Manila should belong to Manila. Compare List of tallest buildings in Malaysia with List of tallest buildings in Kuala Lumpur and List of tallest structures in Japan with List of tallest structures in Tokyo. Transferred ALL Metro Manila-centric info to List of tallest buildings in Metro Manila for good; Replaced NCR cities in the Philippine list with "Metro Manila" to clear up the false impressions that PHL has skyscrapers in many cities wherein fact, it has only 2. Please stop changing the height of Gramercy Residences to 302m[edit]

Official information from Century Properties (please see this video) and even information from Emporis clearly show the building is only 250 meters. Same with Knightsbridge residences which is only 220 m based on this from Emporis as well. GrayFullbuster (talk) 12:36, 24 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion of Lanang Sky tower and Felcris Tower[edit]

There is no proof of the proposed Lanang Sky tower and the project Felcris Tower is considered medium-scale in terms of height and number of floors. Manila hotel - inconsistency[edit]

A reader (ticket:2018092310004055) noted that there are two articles discussing the tallest buildings in the Phillipines:

Each has a table covering a timeline. The titles and text are identical but the contents differ. While one might expect that the second table would include only buildings in Metro Manila, while the first might include buildings outside metro Manila, that is not the difference of note.

The Manila hotel is identified (in the Metro Manila article) as being the tallest between 1912 and 1928, with 5 floors, and also as the tallest between 1935 and 1967 with seven floors. In contrast, the Manila hotel is identified (in the Philippines article) as being the tallest between 1912 and 1967 with 18 floors.

Could someone do the necessary research and correct one (or both ) articles?--S Philbrick(Talk) 13:31, 24 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
