@Jim Carter:, I've moved this to the draftspace so you can have more time to work on it. I see that you placed tags on the page, but you haven't edited in a couple of hours and this is essentially a blank entry. Once you finish working on this you can move it to the mainspace. This is just personal preference, but I'd like to recommend that you work on pages in the draftspace or userspace since that'll give you additional time if something comes up and you get called away from the computer. This is just me though, there's no reason why you can't create articles directly into the mainspace, mostly I just feel that it's safer to do it this way. I'm going to tag it as AfC, but if you feel that this meets notability guidelines when you're done you can remove the tags and move it back yourself.
