Strongly oppose. This would take it out of step with other similar lists. See for example Listed buildings in Derbyshire and Listed buildings in West Yorkshire. Its possible the title should be changed to Listed buildings in Ironville and Riddings as "ward" is generally not part of the name and the term isn't ambiguous or perhaps it should be split to Listed buildings in Ironville for Ironville parish and Listed buildings in Ironville and Riddings for Riddings unparished area as wards tend to change a lot and are generally unsuitable for parished areas and small unparished areas where no further dividing is needed unlike Huddersfield or Halifax. Why? That just adds unnecessary words to the title, and an ugly repetition of cognates of "list". There are large numbers of articles about listed buildings (see also, e.g., Grade I listed buildings in Essex) that follow the existing title format and which would have to become "List of Grade I listed buildings in...", which seem like a complete waste of effort to me. I wouldn't object to the loss of the word "ward" on the particular article mentioned, but I'm unfamiliar with the technicalities and the local specifics. There was a detailed discussion by editors on this very idea some time ago. It resulted in agreement that "List of listed..." was too clumsy. If it were changed for this particular list, there would have to be changes to many hundreds, maybe thousands, of other list titles. The word "ward" is included because all the other Derbyshire lists to date have been for parishes, and this appears to be an unparished area. You can see how this tactic is used in Listed buildings in West Yorkshire, where some lists are for parishes, and others for electoral wards. --Peter I.
