A number of these are now FAs. Should we introduce an FA star for them? --Dweller 08:36, 12 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think you normally do that. I thought those stars were only to denote the article themselves, rather than to attract traffic from other articles. Blnguyen (bananabucket) 08:39, 12 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello:

I noticed that a lot of categorizing was done on the previous version of this page to arrive at the list of cricketers by the country etc. I much prefer the older version of this page, where it was a flat list of all cricketers of all countries on one webpage. It was easier to quickly look up and see the stats as well as details on the player. I understand that some people may find the current page more "friendly" but, would it be possible to have both versions of the web pages? It would be nice to have a link perhaps on this page that takes us to the older webpage style of descriptions.

Secondly, cricket's field positions in the previous web pages (the one that was oval-shaped if I recall) were better since it had multiple names on the field positions, the ones that are more frequently used by cricket commentators, I think. Please bring that one back, with a link to it if possible. I understand that the cricket field is not oval-shaped but it gave more space and was a better drawing, in my opinion. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.45.170.123 (talk) 16:13, 19 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
