Suggest adding more lighthouses to the list.

This page will get too big[edit]

Rather than listing every lighthouse on this page it might be more reasonable to have links to pages for each country. Eg Lighthouses of Australia.

Just an idea.

Suomenlinna church[edit]

I am removing this from the list for Finland as it doesn't appera to be a lighthouse at all. Please update Suomenlinna church with details if this is not the case.--JBellis 18:12, 25 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

List vs. lists[edit]

Should this be called Lists of lighthouses and lightvessels?

Having done a bit of work on this recently, I was thinking the same thing. It is a list of lists, rather than a single list. Let me know if you want me to move it...Jokulhlaup (talk) 10:19, 1 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Dependent/overseas territories[edit]

Should most if not all those territories marked green on the Lists of lighthouses have their own Lists of lighthouses in Foo? Please discuss at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Lighthouses#Dependent/overseas territories 219.76.24.210 (talk) 08:39, 15 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Possible to Add 'Number of Lighthouses' as a Column?[edit]

I think it might be helpful to add a column for each table with the number of lighthouses in that territory. I cannot find this summary information anywhere on the internet and it seems like this is a good combination of many lighthouse records.

It would need a link to the number of entries on each country's own list - is it even possible? I'll look into it but not sure if I have the skills. Stonesthrow (talk) 15:37, 18 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
