Can Ljubo and his management stop removing massive chunks of his career! He was depressed! FACT! He had personal issues! FACT! He was sack by the Victory! FACT! All that is written has either been confirmed by Ljubo himself during interviews or by office Melbourne Victory or Newcastle articles! Stop editing out your life cos everything that is written is true and backed up by sources, including yourself! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 61.9.142.251 (talk) 05:34, 5 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Tone

[edit]

I was attracted to this article by its misspelling of Middlesbrough but I stayed to read it, and enjoyed it. I do feel, though, that it has a problem with its tone: it reads very admiringly about Miličević and could do with being more detached, to be more suitable for an encyclopaedia. I am sure he is great and everything, but we can't express that as our opinion. What we can do is quote verifiable sources who say so. I'd be delighted to see someone try to sort this out a bit more. I did have a go myself but I'm on thin ice in this area! In particular, I took out a bit about 25 being young for a captaincy but actually if it's verifiable and can be in less fan-ny (??!!) language then maybe it should be in. Fanny language, did I really write that? Sheesh. Anyway. Best wishes, DisillusionedBitterAndKnackered (talk) 08:05, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The bad times of Ljubo's career need to also be listed. He did not just leave the Victory, he left after months of argument with senior management. He also has a verbal fight with Van Egmond during his first month at Newcastle. Do not remove these issues as they are part of his history as a player 122.108.30.56 (talk) 08:50, 7 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Spelling

[edit]

I also think it would be great if the article tried to spell his name correctly every time - the title has Miličević. Cheers DisillusionedBitterAndKnackered (talk) 08:06, 8 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Bias Edits

[edit]

There are numerous edits being made to hide the fact Milicevic's interview took place with SBS. Enough's enough. all edits concerning his controversy are accompanied with reliable sources. stop removing them
