List of Bus Routes[edit]

I came on to update some of the veolia and punchbowl bus routes and noticed that the list of (x00) hidebars are not separate templates but are all together in one section. Would it be possible for someone to separate them all into separate templates of x00 bus routes and then link them all back to the summary section. Orphaned references in Bus routes in Sydney[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Bus routes in Sydney's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Restructure[edit]

I have significantly restructured the article to reflect the structure of the network (i.e., tiers and contract regions) rather than the comparatively arbitrary route number series. As the 'rapid route' tier is the most strategically significant, these routes are called out and expanded upon. Other routes can be described in more general terms. Importantly, I have not attempted to list every route, as this will require more frequent updates than editors are able to provide. I have reinstated the Metrobus (Sydney), NightRide and Sydney Metropolitan Bus System Contracts articles. These are relatively well cited and should remain separate from this article which at the moment is a bit of a dogs breakfast, albeit with some recent improvements, and in many parts uncited. If anything this article is probably a candidate for merging with Buses in Sydney. Stapb (talk) 01:51, 2 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It appears to have been further restructured in 2017 with all emphasis on the four State Transit operated regions and virtually no information on the privately operated regions. As a result this article is now very slanted.Fleet Lists (talk) 05:35, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
