Unilog (and logica ?) are still live offsprings in lebanon since 2012
The article states "Logica was acquired by Canada-based CGI Group in 2012 and the Logica brand name ceased being used in 2013.".
I discovered the existence of unilog lebanon ( http://unilog.com.lb/ ) whose relation with the current logica lebanon ( http://www.logica-lb.com/Index.html ) is not clear.
I had a very quick e-mail exchange on 2019-11-29 with its current owner, through the contact info email on their page. Looks like CGI did not buy the Lebanese part and let them become an offspring, effectively keeping the Unilog brand name living :) , i'm not sure about the logica part of it.
UNILOG Liban a été fondée en 1996 par Unilog France et moi-même ancien d’Unilog. Apres les différents rachats, Logica puis CGI, j’ai racheté les parts de CGI dans la société et Unilog Liban est devenue indépendante du groupe.
