So did she ever call herself 'Lois Ann Dickson Fitt Rice'? I see this a lot in articles about American women, and it always makes me wonder if they actually use all those names at once, or if she'd just have used, you know, the married name relevant at the time. Also, if she was married to Emmett J. Rice first, and married Albert B. Fitt second, surely her name ought to be 'Lois Ann Dickson Rice Fitt'? From the references she does seem to have been 'Lois Fitt Rice' and 'Lois Dickson Rice', but I don't see how 'Lois Fitt Rice' could ever have been justifiable; even 'Lois Rice Fitt' would be pushing it, but understandable for connection to her children's names etc. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.144.67.24 (talk) 14:28, 15 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
