Plot summary

[edit]

Extensively chopped down the plot summary. I've read this book and it's not that detailed.--206.27.244.160 21:01, 21 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

As suggested below I have created a redirect from London bridges to List of crossings of the River Thames and added a hatnote there. — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 16:18, 30 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

London BridgesLondon Bridges (novel) — "London Bridges" should be a redirect to List of crossings of the River Thames, as the primary meaning, although this should of course have a hatnote pointing to the novel. PatGallacher (talk) 18:04, 19 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose. London Bridges as a capitalised proper name refers to the novel (as opposed to London bridges). Anyone typing in or linking to "London Bridges" is more likely to be seeking the novel. Any possible confusion is taken care of by the existing hatnote. Station1 (talk) 01:14, 21 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Comment "London bridges" (note capitalization) redirects here. Such subtleties of capitalization could pass many people by. PatGallacher (talk) 01:27, 21 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I wouldn't object if London bridges redirected to List of crossings of the River Thames, assuming an appropriate hatnote was added there. But I do think most readers understand capitalization, especially those who take the trouble to capitalize the B. Station1 (talk) 01:37, 21 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A set of terrorist attacks "to get the world's attention". To what end?

[edit]

Without the "why" it's just violence... 217.155.151.38 (talk) 08:52, 2 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
