Please see the discussion on Talk:London Underground 1996 Stock, as well as p13 and p15 of London Underground's official rolling stock guide [1], re the traction control systems on the two train types. In short, the 1995 stock is *newer* in traction control design terms than the 1996 stock, despite the nominal dates carried by both train types.--Stalinism 12:26, 21 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm, generally OK but a few additions needed

[edit]

Not got time right now, but i'll be updating the info surrounding build and commissioning dates, also the differences to the Jubilee stock, which are in fact significant. Rather, tho only common parts are the floor extrusion, carbody doors and mechanism and shoegear. Everything else is different to some degree... —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jubileebloke (talkcontribs) 14:57, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

CIS Upgrade

[edit]

Apparently certain 1995TS trains are being upgraded with a new series of DVA announcements, as seen here [2] and here [3]. I'm looking into adding it to the article. Brooks630 (talk) 23:37, 28 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This isn't really encyclopedic, and YouTube is not what we call a reliable source. --Redrose64 (talk) 09:57, 29 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
