Starting over

The article seemed interesting, but I was disappointed to note that big hunks of the article are copied from a University of Texas website (a source that was given). It is a copyright violation to copy that material, besides being plagiarism and poor taste. It is a form of plagiarism to copy text without using quotation marks or block quotes, even if the source is identified. Copyright violation is illegal; plagiarim is immoral. End speech. Anyhow, I ripped out all the text in the article, to start over. Perhaps threw away some non-plagiarized stuff too. If you can tell which was which, please say / contribute edits of well-sourced and non-plagiarized material. doncram (talk) 02:01, 31 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
