My friend created this case and she violated copyright in doing so. I'm trying to fix it. If you still feel this violates copyright, let me know on my talk page and I'll make a good-faith effort to fix it.Agradman (talk) 21:03, 16 May 2009 (UTC)

Was this ripped straight from a westlaw summary? The all caps procedure, facts, holding, style isn't the typical one used for WP law articles. Take a look at Marbury v. Madison for an example. Shadowjams (talk) 21:47, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, no not Westlaw -- what you see here comes from her class notes -- the original copyright violation (expunged) was a quotation from our professor's notes which he posted on the internet.
But I agree that this article is pretty feeble for Wikipedia standards. I will put a "needs wikification" tag on the top. I'm optimistic that this case will get improved by-the-by because it's a law school classic. Agradman (talk) 21:52, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
