Declined speedy deletion request[edit]

The article was nominated for speedy deletion per WP:G4, based on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Lost Girls and Love Hotels (2nd nomination). The deletion nomination said "Article about a film which appears to have gotten lost in the production pipeline; according to the article filming completed in December 2017, and according to IMDb it's been in post-production since February 2018, but it's now November 2019 and there's still been absolutely no news whatsoever about any actual release in almost two full years", with the addition "...there's not much basis for treating the film as notable anymore, until there's some actual news that the film has finally been scheduled for real theatrical release". The current version of the article states a planned release date of September 4, 2020, sourced from https://deadline.com/2020/07/astrakan-film-ab-release-date-alexandra-daddario-lost-girls-love-hotels-1202980903/. Whether the film is sufficiently notable (especially with the release being "in select theaters and VOD") is probably still debatable, but the key reason for the original deletion in no longer valid.
