The result of the move request was: page moved. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 23:01, 12 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Captain Calm, don't think this needs a full discussion. A technical request should do. If you have a doubt about notability, you could start an AfD discussion; if the article survives, a technical request for the move should be enough. JavaHurricane 09:32, 12 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, my main concern wasn't notability, only that the correct spelling had been salted. I originally made a technical request, then self-reverted and brought it to discussion just in case. Captain Calm (talk) 09:34, 12 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
You should still use a technical request, RM is about titles not notability so this RM discussion will be pointless. Occasionally things like moving to a broader topic due to lack of notability and (possibly) RMs for moving into mainspace happen but simply removing a trailing "." shouldn't happen, Captain Calm please re-make the technical request so that we can close this and start an AFD if you think it should be deleted. Crouch, Swale (talk) 11:05, 12 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, it's about titles, and as I said above my main concern was salting, not notability. But I've made the TR, so this can be closed. Captain Calm (talk) 11:25, 12 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think it should be deleted. Others can take it to AFD. Captain Calm (talk) 11:35, 12 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
