Changes
[edit]auntieruth55: Courcelles was mixed up in some of his 1796 dates and events. Since Bastoul served in Sambre-et-Meuse, he almost certainly fought at Friedberg-Hesse, not Friedberg-Bavaria. Bastoul would have found it almost impossible to fight under Kléber, then switch to the Rhin-et-Moselle in mid-campaign, and then back for Amberg and Wurzburg. The two armies fought in isolation (which is why they were defeated). See Digby Smith for Friedberg-Hesse 10 July date. I also changed Amberg to the correct date 24 August and put it in chronological order. The date 16 September (Sulzbach?) was the Battle of Limburg (2nd Altenkirchen). If you think I was wrong, feel free to put it back. Djmaschek (talk) 05:22, 12 December 2014 (UTC)
