Figures not in line with metro area listing

This article needs to reworked to be in lockstep with Table of United States Metropolitan Statistical Areas. Stevie is the man! TalkWork 18:28, 8 April 2009 (UTC)

Data before 2000

It seems to me that the data before 2000 is still useful even though the CSA didn't exist before then. How about restoring the data and noting that the data is "pre-CSA"? —  Stevie is the man!  Talk | Work 03:17, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

Data before 2000

I agree that the information is useful, but the CSA was created in 2000 and to act as if it existed prior to that is inaccurate and can lead to misperceptions of Census methodology. The data can be presented both accurately and usefully in pages presenting the individual MSA areas. When I edited the page I put accuracy foremost. --User:Chris24 14:36, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
