Relationship to Fuller Maitland

[edit]

In deVal (2000), 346 n. 22 it says "he was the son of a close friend of Lucy's father … and his sister Eve was married to Lucy's brother James". This is a little different to what we have in the Wikipedia article. Which is right? —Preceding unsigned comment added by N p holmes (talkcontribs) 11:24, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Confusion of the 2 John Broadwoods

[edit]

The section Early Life and Family talks about 2 different John Broadwoods, her great grandfather the piano manufacturer pioneer and her uncle who collected folksongs. There are Wikipedia pages for both these individuals. Unfortunately when talking about her uncle in the 2nd paragraph, the link goes to the great grandfather, which is clearly wrong. Can someone else correct this problem, as I'm not sure I have the editing knowledge to do this. The confusion is compounded by the words that appear when hovering over the link, which says John_Broadwood_(song_collector) - i.e. the correct hovering text is associated with the wrong target. By the way the person, who just now edited the reference to John Broadwood in the first paragraph of the Sussex Songs section, is myself - for some reason I thought I was logged in, but I actually wasn't.
