Untitled[edit]

Lucy Covington is one of the most notable women in Native American Society who accomplished a lot throughout her life. My entry is about the main focus of her life which was to stop the termination of her tribe. She is vital to the understanding of modern American Indian Society, and her efforts helped form the Native American civil rights movement as well as define modern Indian culture. Those are the reasons that she is very notable person who deserves an article on Wikipedia.--Joecoulter (talk) 13:17, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
