"Dile" is a cover version of "Tell him", written by Bert Russel and performed by The Exciters.

I was going to say the same thing. The way this is written it makes it sound like the original was "Dile", which was then translated into English. 98.14.129.151 (talk) 20:43, 10 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"Latin singer"... He sang in Latin??? Was he working at the Vatican? Was he Old Catholic or Lefebvrian? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.77.53.125 (talk) 15:09, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

POV tag

[edit]

This concerns POV tag cleanup. Whenever an POV tag is placed, it is necessary to also post a message in the discussion section stating clearly why it is thought the article does not comply with POV guidelines, and suggestions for how to improve it. This permits discussion and consensus among editors. This is a drive-by tag, which is discouraged in WP, and it shall be removed. Future tags should have discussion posted as to why the tag was placed, and how the topic might be improved. Better yet, edit the topic yourself with the improvements. This statement is not a judgement of content, it is only a cleanup of frivolously and/or arbitrarily placed tags. No discussion, no tag.Jjdon (talk) 00:18, 30 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

date of birth

[edit]

I am not sure that his date of birth is correct. See here: http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luis_Aguil%C3%A9 http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0013651/ http://www.cinenacional.com/personas/index.php?persona=95

I'll change the date of birth and try to add imdb as a source. I haven't been able to find a more reliable source. Hanoc (talk) 07:31, 23 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

I added a new link with the same information from the San Diego union-tribune, but the NYT article link is dead and I am inexperienced in how to proceed. Skelekey (talk) 03:42, 5 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
