Instructions on how to get to the facts within the source material:

For example, Citation # 15, when click to the source material/book in this case, enter the name 羅獻祥 in the search area as shown on page, relevant material will appear as related to the article. Same for others.

Another example: Citation 23: 日　期 31/04/30 記　事 國民政府派賀衷寒等為國家總動員會議組主任，派羅獻祥為廣東省行政督察專員。 Upon entering the name 羅獻祥 in the search area, the above appears giving the date and position Luo Xian Xiang held at the time. — Preceding unsigned comment added by CHHistory (talk • contribs) 20:10, 19 August 2013 (UTC)

Another example Citation 40: 第四区:池中宽 民国28年 （1939年） 2月至民国29年8月

　　陈 骥 民国29年 （1940年） 8月至民国29年4月

罗献祥 民国31年 （1942年） 4月至民国34年1月

The above noted the time period and the territory where 罗献祥 was assigned. There is no "unknown user" and the red characters were added by a computer program because there were errors in formatting the references. The software recognizes only very specific parameters in the book citation template, and they have to be formatted exactly right. I have made corrections to references 11, 13, 15, 17, 23, 32, 34, 37 and 40. Since I don't read Chinese, please check everything carefully, especially 40 where I had to guess at the name of the work. I have also responded on my talk page. I hope this helps and I apologize for any errors I may have made. English is my only language. Cullen³²⁸ Let's discuss it 20:47, 25 August 2013 (UTC)

For citation 41: excerpt from article including the name and rank of 罗献祥. This is for readers who wish to look this up, but are not well versed in Chinese.
