It's not. I didn't do it. I believe the MOS says the first appearance should be linked. I usually link the first in the lead and then in the article. Feel free to remove the extraneous links, or I will do it when I get a shot IvoShandor22:01, 16 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Looking at the manual of style, it appears that the disclaimer should be there, but the currency mentions should all just be an unlinked $. Donald Hosek22:07, 16 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
