Delisting

[edit]

I'm delisting this article from the good Article list because it is not well-written or nearly thorough enough:

  • no lead; the paragraph in the beginning starts with a debate over the source of the highway
  • the entire article is just simply where the road winds
  • not thorough; lacking in history and use: when was it built, what was it used for, what happened?
  • Certainly this article should be correctly categorized? Geography?

No consensus to move. Vegaswikian (talk) 01:50, 23 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

M41 highwayPamir Highway – The Pamir Highway is only a part of the M41, therefore this article should be moved to Pamir Highway, since it only talks about the Pamir part of M41. Theking17825 06:44, 16 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose and expand the article to include the rest of the M41, which should be covered. Moving the article doesn't fix the core issue because at some point, a separate, and redundant, article on the M41 will get created. Imzadi 1979  21:29, 16 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per nom and WP:UCN. The title doesn't reflect the contents of the current article. It can be moved in the future if the situation changes. Alternatively, the editors above who oppose this move can get to work expanding the article. —  AjaxSmack  03:12, 21 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
